Bear the fruit of Eating Right

By January 26, 2021 February 3rd, 2021 Nutrition
  • Eating fruits immediately after meals would hamper the secretion of our digestive juices, absorption of nutrients and potentially result in indigestion.
  • When eaten with or immediately after heavier foods, it stays in the stomach for long and takes time to digest.
  • As a result it begins to ferment. It may cause “ Gut Inflammation” in some cases.
  • It is advisable to have fruits 30 minutes before or after a meal.
